Business Units are available from 500 ft² to 5000 ft² upwards, if required.This allows customers the choice of unit size to start with but also the possibility to upsize the unit as the business grows, without the need to move away from the site. New industrial/warehouse/office units can be built to customers specification and will be for sale or to let.
